Rentals/Birthday Parties:

- You will receive 1 hour in the Gym and 1 Hour in a designated "party room"

- While in the Gym there is optional structure available upon request:

* This can be: Warm up, Activities, or an entire class oriented session

- All Paticipants must sign a Waiver

- Pricing may be negotiable if a longer time is needed

- Refrigerators/Freezers are available to use (standard home sizes)

Rules:

- No doubles

- One at a time on the equipment

- Please no Food or drink on the floor

- Loose/ Dangling jewelry should be removed before participation

- Bare feet is recommended

- Land only on feet or butt

- Children 3 and under must be within arm's reach of a parent

- If something seems unsafe or is missing please inform one of the coaches

- Be safe and have Fun!
